Terms of Sale for Digital Downloads

2026-10-06.1

1. Provider and scope

Francis Rise (PMV), Francisca Zemke, CVR 45050491, Nørrebjerg Runddel 198B, 5220 Odense SØ, Denmark. Email: kontakt@francisrise.com.

These terms apply to consumers purchasing digital PDF products through francisrise.com. The product description and the terms displayed when you place your order apply.

2. Product, language and use

You are purchasing a digital file, not a printed product or a subscription. The product page states the content, file format, size and product language. The website language does not automatically determine the language of the file purchased.

You may save and print the PDF file for private use within your own household. Resale, making it publicly available and sharing beyond this scope of use are not permitted; uses allowed by law remain unaffected. Adult supervision is intended for the nature activities with children.

To download, you need internet access and a device with storage space; to read the file, you need suitable PDF software. To print it, you need a printer and paper in the specified format. Charges from your internet or payment provider are not part of the product price.

3. Orders and contract

You can review and correct your cart and details before submitting your order. By using the final order button, which indicates an obligation to pay, you make a binding offer to purchase. Francis Rise accepts it by confirming the completed order and providing the download.

Checkout displays the available payment methods, billing country, currency and total amount before submission. There are no shipping charges for PDF downloads. Card or wallet payments are processed through Stripe and charged upon successful payment.

All displayed prices are final prices. Francis Rise is a Danish PMV and is not registered for VAT, so it does not charge VAT. There are no shipping charges for digital downloads. The selected currency and the total in the final order summary apply.

4. Delivery and contract documents

After successful payment and acceptance of the order, you receive the download link on the confirmation page and by email to the address provided. If delivery does not arrive or the link does not work, please contact us with your order number at kontakt@francisrise.com.

Save the file and purchase confirmation on your device. The purchase confirmation contains the terms of sale applicable to your order, the withdrawal information and your declaration requesting early delivery. You can use the file and contract documents without a customer account. Your statutory rights in the event of missing or faulty delivery remain unaffected.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Francis Rise at the postal address above or at kontakt@francisrise.com of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example by letter or email. You may use the model form below, but this is not compulsory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

If you validly withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method as for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

For paid digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires early only when the legal requirements are met: you have expressly consented to delivery beginning before the withdrawal period ends, acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and received the legally required contract confirmation. Merely submitting the order or opening an email does not replace these requirements. Statutory rights in the event of defects remain unaffected.

6. Model withdrawal form

To Francis Rise (PMV), Francisca Zemke, Nørrebjerg Runddel 198B, 5220 Odense SØ, Denmark; kontakt@francisrise.com.

I/We hereby withdraw from the contract concluded by me/us for the purchase of the following digital content: __________. Ordered on: __________. Name of consumer(s): __________. Address: __________. Date: __________. Signature of consumer(s), only if notified on paper: __________. Delete as appropriate.

7. Errors, complaints and consumer rights

If the file is faulty, inaccessible or does not match the agreed description, please contact us at kontakt@francisrise.com. These terms do not restrict your statutory rights to delivery in conformity with the contract and, where applicable, remedies, a price reduction or termination of the contract. Statutorily required updates also remain unaffected.

For cross-border consumer enquiries, you can contact the European Consumer Centre in your country of residence: https://www.eccnet.eu/. Information about Danish consumer dispute resolution is available from Nævnenes Hus: https://naevneneshus.dk/. Competence depends in particular on the subject matter and value of the dispute; not every order meets the admissibility requirements.

Mandatory consumer protection rights under the law applicable where you normally live remain unaffected. These terms do not establish exclusive jurisdiction in Denmark.
